Something makes you smile, a day off from uni, a conversation, it makes you forget your feelings temporarily, you breathe, you have 4 hours of consecutive sleep… you are okay. Or you just block out EVERYTHING that makes you unhappy, ignoring work, emails, comments lalala…. But the feelings always come back, as the trigger never leaves.  It comes down on you like a ton of bricks… and you can’t cope. I am unhappy… Just because I smile and have my moments, doesn’t take away the anger/frustration/feelings of hopelessness…
